Terms & Conditions
(Ready Stock items)

• Items sold are on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Items are 100% brand new unless stated otherwise.
• To place a confirmed order, simply fill up our order form at the bottom of this page :D
• However, if you're unsure or have any questions to ask us, do email us at a.fashion.haven@gmail.com :D We'll be glad to help out.
• Reservations are valid for a period of 2 days only. Please make payment within this 2 days or items will be released for sale.
• We work in a fixed price format. Sorry babes, we do not negotiate the price :)
• Buying is at your own risk - No refund and exchanges allowed. We will be posting clear notices on items that have defects. Colours may vary a little from the pictures.
• We will not be held liable for any damages or loss during the course of delivery. (Pos Laju is highly recommended where safety of parcel is concerned.)
• By submitting the order form, you are hereby acknowledging that you have read all terms and conditions stated in this site and are sending in a confirmed order.
• If you have any questions about an item you are interested in you can always send us an email (a.fashion.haven@gmail.com) to enquire. We won't bite. We promise :)
• Buyers who backout without notifying us will be blacklisted.
  

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

• Pre-Order items will take around 3 -4 weeks to arrive (excluding public holidays and weekends). Please place your orders only if you are willing to wait.
• Orders will be placed only if payment has been made in full.
• There is no guarantee that all items ordered will be in stock.
  
• We may not be able to issue an early notice about out of stock items. However, once we receive information about out of stock items, we will immediately notify buyers.
• In the unfortunate event where the item you ordered is not available anymore, a full refund will be made to the buyer.
• Items may take longer than 3 - 4 weeks to arrive due to weather, customs or unexpected problems. You will be duly notified if any unfortunate circumstances were to occur.
  
• Colors of items may differ slightly due to different monitor settings.
  
• Buying is at the buyer's own risk. Exchanges and refunds are not allowed except in cases of measurement discrepancies of more than 5cm, and clearly visible stains or defects.

Cash Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Cash vouchers are applicable to be used only on the next purchase (e.g. If you receive the cash voucher for your Batch 11 purchases, you can only utilize it from Batch 12 purchases onwards)
• Cash vouchers are only applicable for purchase of 2 items and above.
• Cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cash vouchers are not transferable (sash vouchers can only be utilized by the person whom it has been issued to).
